The Federal Reserve has officially stopped quantitative tightening, which is good news for the crypto space.

During the recent period, QT caused money to flow into US Treasuries, making liquidity in the market increasingly tight. Assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum naturally couldn't withstand the pressure. Now that QT has stopped, the pressure on liquidity has finally eased, and those funds looking for higher returns might start focusing on the crypto market again.

How to view things in the short term? BTC and major coins are likely to stabilize at first, and there might even be a small rally. But don’t get too excited just yet—this doesn’t mean a bull market is coming immediately. The long-term market trend still depends on interest rate movements, whether inflation can be contained, and the overall stability of the global economy.

It’s recommended to keep a close eye on the Fed’s next moves and watch for any real changes in capital flows. Don’t go all-in with your positions; risk control should remain the top priority. Overall, the end of QT gives the crypto market a breather and is indeed a short-term positive, but it’s best to remain cautious in your approach.

Here comes another "theoretically feasible" piece of good news. I'll try out this smart trap first... Will the funds really come back once QT stops? Can things really go this smoothly on the Luban No. 7 construction site?

Another "good news," every time they say it's good news, and then what?

Here comes another "breathing window," the last time I heard this was last year...

Oh, finally, I’ve been waiting for this. As soon as QT stopped, I knew this wave of capital would flow back. The money that was gathering dust in US Treasuries now needs to find a new home. But honestly, don’t get blinded by this brief breathing room. I can’t gamble away the formula money for my three kids. What I learned from mining during the last bear market is that only by playing it safe can you survive for the long haul. It’s good that BTC is holding steady, but what really matters is what the Fed does next. Just looking at short-term gains is pointless.

Finally, we don't have to be drained by US Treasury bonds anymore. It's better for the liquidity to have a breather than to keep getting strangled.

It's a breathing window, right? Fine, I'll just see if I can catch the top this time.
