4、审查传统监管工具：对 Consolidated Audit Trail（CAT）系统进行全面评估，并已采取措施削减年度成本约 9200 万美元。
5、强化投资者保护与执法：回归根本使命，重点打击欺诈、内幕交易、财务违规及跨境操纵行为，并成立跨境执法工作组，暂停多家亚太发行公司股票交易以防操纵。
