伊朗媒體今（1）日最新報導，在最高領袖哈米尼於 2 月 28 日美以聯合空襲中殉難後，伊朗正式啟動憲法第 111 條規定的臨時領導機制：由總統佩澤希齊揚（Masoud Pezeshkian）、司法部長及憲法監護委員會一名法學家組成三人委員會，共同領導國家運作。
這是伊朗自 1989 年霍梅尼逝世以來首次啟動最高領袖繼任程序，也是該憲法條款在戰時環境下的首次實際適用。
值得注意的是，佩澤希齊揚屬改革派，而伊斯蘭革命衛隊（IRGC）控制著估計超過 1,000 億美元的經濟帝國。三人委員會能否有效運作，取決於軍方是否願意配合一位改革派總統的領導。CIA 此前曾警告，哈米尼的倒台可能直接導致 IRGC 奪權。
伊朗多名高層喪生、潛在繼任者名單？
以色列國防軍確認，首輪空襲另造成包括哈米尼顧問 Ali Shamkhani 在內的 7 名高階官員喪生，約 30 名軍政高層遭定點打擊，伊朗指揮鏈遭嚴重削弱。在此條件下，88 人專家會議能否安全召開以選出新任最高領袖，仍是未知數，憲法對繼任時程未設期限，目前也尚未公布。
