Aster at this price is probably already touching the cost line of a major holder from before, seems to be in that 0.9-something range.
With the market, whenever there's a clear psychological expectation, it's more likely than not to be broken through.
If the buyback doesn't make much of a splash, to put it bluntly, it's because the early tokens were too widely distributed, so it'll take time to gradually absorb the chips back.
