Gelonghui, February 26 — According to the latest disclosure of interests from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 23, 2026, ASMPT (00522.HK) was increased by FIL Limited in the on-market transaction, purchasing 905,500 shares at an average price of HKD 110.5403 per share, involving approximately HKD 100 million.

After the increase, FIL Limited’s total holdings amount to 42,258,720 shares, with the ownership stake rising from 9.90% to 10.12%.
