So I've been doing a lot of shopping on Amazon lately and honestly, I'm surprised how many items are actually way cheaper there compared to regular stores. Like, if you're looking for the world's cheapest everyday essentials, Amazon's got some solid options that beat most retailers by a decent margin.
I started comparing prices on random stuff just out of curiosity. Paper towels, for instance - a 16-count Bounty pack is like $41 on Amazon but $58 at Walmart. That's over $14 difference just for paper towels. Then there's the Subscribe & Save feature that knocks off another 5% if you're into that.
But it's not just household items. I checked out some bigger purchases too. A Ninja blender that costs $133 at Bed Bath and Beyond is only $80 on Amazon. Same with KitchenAid mixers - they're going for $350 on Amazon versus $450 at Macy's. Even random stuff like Birkenstock sandals, tower fans, and robot vacuums tend to have better prices on Amazon than you'd find in-store.
The thing is, not every product is a steal. You actually gotta do your homework and compare. But if you're hunting for the world's cheapest deals on things you actually need, Amazon's usually worth checking first. Especially if you combine it with their Subscribe & Save option or if you're buying in bulk.
I've also noticed gaming stuff, headsets, phone chargers, and even lawn mowers have better pricing there. It's wild how much you can save if you're patient enough to compare. Definitely worth your time if you're trying to stretch your budget further.
