Recently, many people's VPNs are no longer working, and the best solution is still to build your own.

There are several free methods to get servers for free; here is a brief overview.
1. Oracle Cloud
Recently, I’ve seen many people successfully register again; you can give it a try.
It’s permanently free, and definitely don’t upgrade your account.
Oracle Cloud registration has always been a bit mysterious.
You can try registering using your phone hotspot + email + Pinyin.
Try to apply for servers in Korea or Japan if possible; they work pretty well.
2. Google Cloud
Newly registered Google Cloud accounts come with a $300 credit and a 90-day trial period.
After using it up, definitely don’t upgrade.
Then, spin up a micro server; the region can only be selected from Oregon/Iowa/South Carolina.
Choose standard disk and network; in theory, it can be free forever.
Then, build your own VPN; it’s more than enough.
3. Amazon Cloud
New users get a $100 credit and a 6-month free trial.
Definitely don’t go over the limit, or you’ll be charged.
I have to say, Amazon Cloud’s speed is very fast.
4. DigitalOcean
New users get a $200 credit and a 60-day trial period.
But it’s a bit tricky; you need to bind a credit card to get the free credit.
These four options are basically enough; after getting the server, just set up a SUI panel yourself.
There are many tutorials, so I won’t write one here.
