Objective
This guide will walk you through how to withdraw your NFT assets from the Gate NFT platform to an external digital wallet on Gate Web.
Steps
Step 1: Access Your NFT Assets
- Navigate to the Gate NFT website.
- Click "My Assets" on the homepage.
Step 2: Select the NFT to Withdraw
On the My Assets page, click the NFT asset you want to withdraw.
Step 3: Initiate the Withdrawal
On the NFT details page, click the "Withdraw From Gallery" button.
Step 4: Complete Withdrawal Information
- In the pop-up window, enter the following information:
- Receiving wallet address
- Fund password
- Select verification method from the drop-down list
- Enter the verification code sent to you
- Click the "Confirm to Withdraw" button to submit the withdrawal request.
Step 5: Verify Withdrawal Completion
- After the withdrawal is completed, the system will automatically confirm and document the transaction.
- You can view the withdrawal record in "In and Out Records".

- Gate NFT only serves as a platform for users to mint, trade, and store NFTs. The platform does not express opinions on copyright, quality, underlying physical goods, or implied value of the works.
- NFT assets will be stored in your external wallet. Please securely keep your wallet's private key. Lost NFT assets cannot be recovered.
- You can only withdraw assets to supported mainstream platforms. The receiving address cannot be a spot wallet address.
- Double-check the receiving address and supported contracts before confirming the withdrawal. Assets that have been transferred cannot be retrieved.
- Once an NFT is withdrawn, the transaction cannot be cancelled.
- NFTs displayed on Gate NFT may have copies on other platforms or public chains. Users should verify this before trading.

Q1: How long does it take for the NFT to arrive in my external wallet?
A: The withdrawal time varies depending on blockchain network conditions. The system will automatically confirm the transaction once it is completed on the blockchain.
Q2: Can I cancel an NFT withdrawal after submitting the request?
A: No, NFT withdrawals cannot be cancelled once submitted. Please carefully verify all withdrawal details before confirming.
Q3: What types of wallet addresses can I withdraw NFTs to?
A: You can only withdraw NFTs to compatible mainstream platform wallet addresses that support the NFT's blockchain standard. Spot wallet addresses are not supported.
Q4: What should I do if I entered the wrong withdrawal address?
A: Assets sent to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved. Please double-check the receiving address and contract compatibility before confirming any withdrawal.
