I Missed It, But I Didn't Give Up! A Few Words About the 4th Phase of the Gate Alpha Airdrop...

This morning, when I opened the Gate app, I was thrilled by the notification:

The 4th phase of Gate Alpha's airdrop for the INFINIT (IN) token had begun!

I rushed to the page and looked at the request details...

There was a reward distribution of 500 IN tokens, and only 10 Gate Alpha points needed to be spent.
I was about to say, "Great, I'll join now!" when...
Even though I only had 15 points, I paused when I saw the system message "at least 68 points required to participate." 🙁

But instead of being a downer, it got me thinking.

What did I realize? Gate Alpha points aren't just a random number. They accumulate based on transaction and activity behavior over the last 15 days. So, the more active you are, the luckier you are.
To be honest, I hadn't taken this point system so seriously.
