$SOL – Bearish or Bullish? Here’s What My Research Says
I’ve been watching SOL closely on the 1h chart and right now it’s sitting near $206 after touching $216 earlier. Price action looks neutral with candles sitting right on the EMAs, but the overall market is red and most top tokens are down harder. $SOL is holding up better, which explains why it’s been grabbing more attention lately.
Today I lean slightly bearish just because of market pressure, but I still see strength here. For me the safe zone is around $200–198 and resistance comes in near $212–218. If it holds above $200 it stays strong, but losing that level could drag it back to $190.
What makes me confident long term is the fresh news: DeFi Dev Corp added another big chunk of SOL to its treasury, Solana’s Alpenglow upgrade pushed block finality down to 150 ms, and ETF talk is heating up. That’s real momentum behind the chain even if today’s session feels heavy.
