3.13 Afternoon Analysis
The current situation combined with technical signals presents characteristics of a bull trap at high levels with waning momentum. The short-term rally has been excessive, with daily-level divergence signals appearing at the top, RSI relative strength indicator in overbought territory, and long momentum exhausted.
Upside support is insufficient, volume coordination is gradually declining, and rebound space is limited.
The morning rally is primarily fund replenishment behavior rather than a trend reversal. Selling pressure from trapped longs has not yet fully dissipated.
