#Binance Alpha空投活动 Looking back at the various Airdrop events I participated in back in the day, I can't help but feel nostalgic. This time, the Airdrop for Binance Alpha has also stirred my memories. The threshold of 230 points isn't too high for old players, but it might be a bit challenging for newcomers. However, the setting of dropping 15 points every hour is quite user-friendly.
This reminds me of those airdrops during the early days of the Ethereum ecosystem in 2017. At that time, the threshold was much lower; you could even claim it just by having a wallet address. However, as project parties became more savvy, the threshold rose accordingly. From the initial "everyone gets a share" to the later "active users first" and now to the point system, the evolution of airdrop strategies actually reflects the maturity of the entire industry.
That said, this points-based system has its pros and cons. The advantage is that it can filter out true community supporters, while the downside is that it may lead some users to engage in meaningless activities just for points. I've seen too many cases where airdrops were done just for the sake of airdrops, and in the end, neither the project team nor the users benefited.
For newcomers, my advice is: don't force yourself to chase after 230 points. Instead of exhausting yourself to pursue a project that may not suit you, it's better to focus your energy on areas you are truly interested in. After all, opportunities in this industry are always plentiful.
