Someone asked how much money it would take to double Pippin's value. I counted it on my fingers.
First, look at the basic data: the current market cap is $311 million, a dog on the Sol chain, only tradable on-chain since there's no spot market. The liquidity pool holds $11.8 million, with tokens and Sol split 50/50.
Interestingly, aside from some exchange wallets ranking first, most of those large holders are just the addresses of whales—effectively locked positions. According to the pool, the truly circulating supply is about 18.6 million tokens.
Using a formula to estimate the current price: 44,450 ÷ 18,600,000 = 0.002389... * 145 (Sol price) ≈ $0.34, which matches the actual quote.
So, how much real money would it take to double the price? The formula is: △X = Pool Sol amount * (√multiplier - 1) Plugging in the numbers: 44,450 * 0.4142 = 18,411 * 135 (Sol price) ≈ $2.48 million
In other words, preparing around two million dollars, theoretically, could push the price to double.
But there's a terrifying aspect—whales can directly sweep through the pool. The total liquidity is 11.8 million, with roughly half (about 5.9 million Sol). If they want to dump, they can almost drain this part without waiting for retail investors to buy in. The price could collapse by 97% instantly, because the pool's design can't fully reset to zero.
After doing the math, I suddenly feel like on-chain "pumping" of these meme tokens is like walking a tightrope—whales can pull the safety net at any moment.

2.48 million can double? Then we're doomed when the market makers run away.

so basically $2.48M of liquidity exit and we're watching a 97% collapse in real time... this is just AMM physics, not even market manipulation at that point. the math is terrifying

2.48 million can just manipulate the market? Are the big players so happy? Then why am I still losing money?

Damn, it takes over two million to double, and the big players can crush through at any time? This thing is just a ticking time bomb.

Over two million USD? Just throwing it in like that? LOL, a single rug pull by the whale can wipe it all out, it's really like walking a tightrope.

Oh my, it takes 2.48 million to double? This market maker's background isn't that deep either.
---
Wait, 5.9 million Sol drops and then runs away, are we retail investors just the bag holders?
---
Over two million USD, might as well invest in new coins, at least there's some hope.
---
So Pippin is just a scythe? Got it.
---
This calculation is a bit brutal, smashing through the pool directly leads to a 97% crash, no one will save the scene.
---
I just want to know, who has this two million? Still the market maker, haha.
---
On-chain stray dog gamblers' mentality, it's all about who can run faster.
---
That 97% crash segment is really brutal, the pool design is just a trap.
