I have tentatively approved and activated it. The main factor is an indicator (A) in the wallet; activation is possible if it starts with (A). If it starts with (C) or (U), it cannot be activated. Moreover, (C) or (U) are still gray buttons.

As long as KYC is approved, the wallet can be activated even if temporarily restricted. I am just eight green and nine yellow; even if temporarily restricted, I have activated it. Moreover, I have transferred all the coins into the wallet.
