Thinking is painful and confusing, and the brain keeps searching for bugs. When suddenly enlightened, I successfully patch the system, which belongs to reconstructing the underlying code. Insight is a matter of timing.

Existing cognition is based on the “current optimal solution” under limited information, so “existing cognition is risky.” Like a game where you level up by defeating monsters, constantly “kill the old self,” allowing flesh and blood to break down and rebuild, to evolve.
