As of mid-December, the points activity for the second quarter has entered the final stages. The project party is currently conducting an in-depth analysis of historical data, focusing on reviewing and removing three types of “dirty” points: those obtained through witch addresses exploiting multiple accounts, false trading volumes created through self-transactions, and improper points acquired through order brushing.

The key to this action is that the points that are reduced will not disappear into thin air, but will all be reallocated to the entire community. In other words, while combating cheating, it also protects the interests of users who participate normally. This dual approach of anti-cheating plus community compensation is still relatively rare in the point governance of DeFi projects.
