Today, while trying to join the HODLer Airdrop – GAIX on the GATE platform, I encountered a technical issue. After clicking the “Get for free” button, a message appeared: “Operation cannot be completed due to system restriction. For any questions, please contact customer support.” The exact nature of this restriction remains unknown, as no similar situations have arisen during the previous five months of platform operation.

After consulting with other users, it was established that experiences with participating in the Airdrop vary. Some users were able to successfully join the program, while others, including myself, received a similar restriction message. In cases where participation was unsuccessful, it is recommended to contact GATE support to clarify the reasons.

To resolve the issue, I submitted a request in the “My Tickets” section of the GATE platform. The system confirmed successful submission: “Submission completed successfully. Customer service will quickly process your ticket, please wait patiently.” A screenshot of the error message was attached to the request, which helps support identify the problem more quickly.

Currently, I am awaiting a response from support. It would be helpful to receive an official explanation of the nature of the “system restriction” and the criteria by which some users are unable to participate in the Airdrop. Such information will enable all platform participants to effectively use loyalty programs and avoid unforeseen technical issues.

In addition, it is important that users’ own GT tokens work in their favor and are not left unused. The opportunity to participate in programs like HODLer Airdrop allows for the efficient use of existing assets, earning additional rewards, and maximizing the potential return on investments on the platform.
