The major vassal states under the Qing Dynasty's tributary system are roughly divided by region as follows: Northeast Asia: Joseon Dynasty of Korea; Southeast Asia: Nguyen Dynasty of Vietnam, Siam Bangkok Dynasty, South Champa (Laos), Myanmar (Yongzheng Yaw Dynasty, intermittent tributary relations), Sulu (present-day Sulu Islands of the Philippines), etc.; Central Asia: Kazakh Khanate, Bukhara (ancient Kyrgyz ancestors), Hovhaj Khanate, etc.
