❗ Two altcoins that could hit ATH in 2026

Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan believes that Ethereum and Solana could reach new all-time highs if the US passes the Clarity Act.

The key point is simple:
• the market lacks regulatory clarity
• the Clarity Act could eliminate this risk
• this will open the door for institutional capital

Regarding ETH:
Ethereum already passed a stress test in 2025 — after dropping to ~$1,500, the price recovered more than 3 times, restoring trust among institutional investors.

Regarding SOL:
Solana continues to develop technologically, but its ATH potential directly depends on regulation. Clear rules could be the decisive trigger.

If the US provides clear rules of the game, ETH and SOL could become the main beneficiaries and reach new highs in 2026.
