EIP-4844 (The Cancun Upgrade) implementation is essentially the starting gun for the explosion of Layer 3. It reduces the cost for L2 to submit data to L1 by an order of magnitude, which directly results in the operational costs of L3 becoming almost negligible. This means that XAI project teams can subsidize user Gas on a larger scale, or even achieve a completely free on-chain interaction experience. Currently, XAI is on the eve of technological dividend release, just like mobile internet on the eve of 4G proliferation. Once the cost barriers of infrastructure are removed, the Cambrian explosion of application layer will be an unstoppable historical tide.
