CoinVoice has learned that, according to the official blog, fiat and cryptocurrency payment gateway Alchemy Pay announced that it has obtained a Money Transmitter License (MTL) in Nebraska, USA. This marks another step in its ongoing expansion of regulatory compliance in the United States.
The license authorizes Alchemy Pay to legally conduct regulated money transmission services in the state, including the exchange and transfer of fiat currency and digital assets. As a result, Alchemy Pay now holds MTL licenses in 14 states across the United States.
