What does this mean in financial and business terms?
Official recognition: Ripple is now licensed to issue electronic money and process payments like any major financial institution in Europe.
Comprehensive access: Through Luxembourg, the company opens the "European Economic Area" (EEA) entirely for its services thanks to the EU’s unified laws.
