In May 2024, a historian in Beijing named Jiang Xueqin predicted three major events regarding the U.S. will happen in the future 🧐. So far, 2 out of 3 have actually occurred:

1. Trump will win the 2024 U.S. presidential election ✅
2. The U.S. will send troops to attack Iran ✅
3. The U.S. will lose this war, and it will completely change the world order…
The reason he says the U.S. will lose:
- Iran is like a natural trap: many mountains, vast land → U.S. troops will find it difficult to transport supplies and will be easily encircled by the terrain.
- The U.S. does not have enough troops (; even deploying 100–200 thousand soldiers is not enough to control the entire country of Iran ).
- Iranians will not welcome U.S. troops as “liberators,” but will resist strongly due to national pride and memories of U.S. interference in the past.
- Prolonged war → the U.S. will fall into a cycle of “having invested money & personnel, so they must keep fighting” (, similar to Vietnam or Iraq ).
- Meanwhile, the U.S. will deplete ammunition, weapons, and strength… while China is producing more aggressively → the U.S. will weaken in the global competition.
In summary: the war with Iran will be very costly, prolonged, but unwinnable, and will cause the U.S. to lose its superpower status as before.
