All my life I’ve been misjudged, because people don’t think twice before jumping to the most convenient conclusion in their heads.

In school, I was always the one sitting alone eating my chicken and sweet potato, studying and reviewing things before a big test.
In high school, while other girls complained about how boys never approached them, I decided to take things into my own hands. I started using Tinder and had no problem reaching out first. Of course, I was judged heavily for that. But that’s also how I met my boyfriend, who has now been with me for more than 11 years.
In university, again, I was the one mostly alone. It was just too much for people to deal with the good-looking, smart girl in a heavily male-dominated engineering course.
When I started working as a young engineer and was told to just listen because “this is how the world works,” I realized that phrase is often used as an excuse to accept things we don’t agree with. I quit. I decided that battle wasn’t mine.
Then came crypto.
Being alone was already normal in my life, but here I found something different. I found you all — my community, my place. At first, none of this was about building a business or making money. It was simply about finding my way in life, and somehow I did.
So yes, many people will call me a bitch, a slut, or whatever they want. People are quick to judge when they see where you are now. They don’t know where you came from or who you really are.
But I do.
I’m someone destined to do great things — and I’m already doing them. Brazil will always be my home, but Australia is the place I genuinely want to build my life.
I’ll keep doing my best and surprising people along the way, because the light I see when I inspire someone to do something hard is the same light that brings me here every day — no matter how brutal the market is.
