Morgan Stanley Selects Coinbase & BNY Mellon as Custodians for Bitcoin ETF
Morgan Stanley filed an updated S-1 with the SEC, naming Coinbase and BNY Mellon as custodians for its Spot Bitcoin ETF.

→ $BTC held directly in cold storage, no derivatives
→ BNY Mellon also serving as fund administrator
→ ETF to list on NYSE Arca
→ SEC approval still pending
