# What Changes Occur Once a Person Becomes Enlightened

1. Strengthens their inner self, actively distances themselves from toxic people and situations, and stops caring about others' opinions and comments. Others' judgments no longer affect their inner peace. Their mindset becomes positive, optimistic, and diligent. They learn self-regulation of emotions and develop unwavering determination—never giving up, persisting until achieving their goals.

2. Stops worrying about saving face. Things they once found embarrassing are now seen clearly. Nothing matters more than themselves. They become brave in expressing their own views and thoughts.

3. Considers matters with a longer-term perspective. Previously only having one-sided thoughts, now their considerations become more comprehensive. They think about how situations will develop, their scope, and relevant knowledge. They act with more humility, no longer compete or envy others.

4. Becomes more confident, cultivates a grateful heart, and believes in their ability to achieve grand ideals and goals. They better understand social dynamics, become more friendly and humble in their dealings with others, show gratitude, and learn to empathize with others' difficulties.

5. Understands that sometimes there are fundamental differences between people, like different species, and sometimes there are no differences at all. They always believe there are like-minded companions on the same stage, but maintain independence without dependency.

6. Begins to treasure time. After sudden awakening, they lament that good times never return and cherish the present moment even more. With elderly parents above and children below, and not wanting to fall behind at work, they must squeeze and reorganize their time to make full use of every available moment for self-growth.
