$SIVE 🇸🇪

On March 17, Sivers announced a partnership with O-Net Technologies and Enablence Technologies to develop Co-Packaged Optics for AI data centers and High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems.
On March 11, the company announced that a strategic LiDAR customer had integrated Sivers technology into its own platforms and that mass production for automotive and industrial applications will begin starting in Q4 2026. This agreement is expected to generate very significant revenue for Sivers, between $53M and $138M over the product’s life cycle.
On the other hand, Sivers plans to merge its subsidiary, Sivers Photonics, with Nordic Acquisition Corporation, a SPAC company, to make it an independent publicly traded company in the U.S. market. The goal is to unlock the company’s true value in the AI and biometric sensor market and attract stronger funding from U.S. capital markets.
After these announcements, it moved up very strongly.
