Intel Hits Record High as AI-Linked CPU Demand Lifts Revenue Outlook

Intel shares jumped more than 24% to around $83 on April 24 after stronger-than-expected earnings and guidance pointed to rising AI-related CPU demand. First-quarter revenue reached $13.58 billion versus the $12.42 billion estimate, and the data center and AI segment generated $5.1 billion. Intel guided second-quarter revenue to $13.8 billion–$14.8 billion, above Wall Street’s $13.07 billion estimate.
