Bitcoin's short position suddenly accelerated last night, price dropped all the way down after short-term breakdown, unilateral decline of nearly 4000+ points. Although price rebounded slightly from lows, the rebound strength is very weak. As of publication, coin price fluctuates around the 71000 level. From daily chart observation, K-lines have consecutively closed negative, current price has broken through the 5-day and 10-day moving averages, and is approaching the Bollinger Band middle band. BOLL indicator shows upper band turning downward, middle band still has support, price is in high-level pullback stage; MACD continues to narrow, DIF and DEA opening is narrowing, bullish momentum clearly weakens; KDJ death cross down from overbought zone to around 23, RSI falls below 50, daily level enters pullback correction cycle. Upper 72000-73000 is a strong resistance zone, if subsequent effective breakdown of Bollinger Band middle band, price may decline further. BOLL opens downward, MACD indicator death cross and continues to release volume, DIF and DEA opening expands, bearish momentum continues to strengthen; KDJ indicator all three lines are in oversold zone below 20, J line releases weak rebound signal after touching bottom; RSI three lines simultaneously fall back to around 30, overall sentiment leans pessimistic, has not yet exited the weak zone. Upper 2220-2240 is a strong resistance zone, lower 2140-2120 is a key support zone; if rebound cannot break through 2220 resistance, price will continue pullback trend. If effective breakdown of 2140 then opens larger downside room, short-term it's recommended to observe more and act less, wait for direction to become clear before choosing entry.
