On March 31, the 2026 Huawei Partner Conference (Gansu) and Kunpeng Ecosystem Development Conference, themed “Gathering Strength for the Future, Wisdom Converging in Longyuan,” was grandly held in Lanzhou.

As Huawei’s comprehensive strategic partner for “Kunpeng/Ascend/HiSilicon + large models + HarmonyOS,” and an important partner in Huawei’s Gansu region, Tuowei Information took an in-depth part in this conference. Together with the government, industry experts, and ecosystem partners, it discussed new opportunities for Gansu’s digital industry ecosystem, gathering consensus and strength to support the high-quality development of Gansu’s digital economy.

On site, Huawei, together with Tuowei Information and ecosystem partners, officially released the cooperation on the “Kunpeng-Ascend-HarmonyOS” Gansu ecosystem industrial chain. Tuowei Information Vice President Wang Zhuo attended the launch ceremony. Taking this release as a new starting point, Tuowei Information will, together with Huawei and partners from all sides, work in concert to deeply implement digital economy plans, continuously improve the industrial ecosystem based in Gansu, and promote the transformation, upgrading, and development of local traditional industries and emerging industries.

In recent years, benefiting from Gansu’s unique advantages as a national hub node of the nationwide integrated computing power network and an important carrier of the “East Data West Computing” project, Gansu has comprehensively focused on “computing power leading, data enabling, and ecosystem coordination.” It has made vigorous efforts to promote the construction of digital infrastructure, the development of digital industry clusters, and the intelligent digital transformation of industries.
