Just checked Glassnode's latest on-chain data and the XRP situation is looking pretty grim right now. Turns out 36.8 billion XRP tokens are currently underwater, which translates to about $50 billion in unrealized losses across the network. That's hitting levels we haven't really seen in years, though the token count itself has been higher before. The difference this time is the actual dollar value attached to those losses is insane. The way this metric works is pretty straightforward - it tracks every XRP based on the last price it moved at. If that's higher than today's spot price, it counts toward the total supply in loss. Right now we're sitting at $1.42 per token, down almost 1% in the last day. Historically, these extreme pain levels tend to mark turning points in the market. Whether XRP bounces from here or dips further is the question everyone's asking. The sheer amount of capital locked in losses definitely suggests we could be approaching some kind of bottom, but timing these things is always tricky.
