Why do most ICOs crash and burn?

It's not a lack of hype. It's not even a lack of capital.

The real killer? Teams sprinting to fundraise before they've built anything users actually want to stick around for.

Think about it—when you've got a product that solves real problems, users don't ghost you. When your roadmap makes sense and your vision resonates, the community doesn't vanish after the token sale. And when there's genuine utility behind the coin, not just promises and whitepapers...

That's when projects survive the bear market.

Rushing to raise might get you initial attention, but building something meaningful? That's what keeps people around when the market goes cold.

In plain terms, it's one word: urgency. Urgent to raise funds, urgent to go live, urgent to harvest profits, but none of it has been done well.

Basically, it's just trying to trap retail investors. They have no product but still insist on coming out to raise funds.

Basically, it's still those teams only thinking about profit-taking, with no product in sight, rushing to list tokens.

Basically, it's just about quickly cashing out, not really interested in creating products.

To be honest, this point is so true. I've seen too many projects just release a white paper, raise funds for two weeks, and then? Nothing afterward.
