Beijing Business Daily News (Reporter Li Han) The official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development shows that on February 28, Beijing signed 349 new housing contracts online, with a total area of 21,168.79 square meters. Among them, 103 residential units were signed online, covering an area of 11,382.53 square meters; second-hand housing contracts totaled 712, with a total area of 58,359.5 square meters. Of these, 666 were residential units, with a total area of 56,466.95 square meters.
