Raffles Interior (01376) announced that following the notice of termination, the company has further updated on the subsequent and related matters (including but not limited to litigation costs). The hearing has been scheduled for March 4, 2026, at the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.
Given that the plaintiff has applied for permission to appeal and for a stay of court orders during the subsequent hearing, the company is concerned that if the court approves the plaintiff’s application for a stay, it will result in: (i) the injunction potentially remaining in effect until the appeal hearing concludes; (ii) this could limit the company’s available courses of action and/or weaken efforts to address concerns and uncertainties raised by the external auditor; and (iii) this could further impact the company’s ability to complete the audit work by the external auditor, potentially preventing the company from timely releasing its audited financial results for 2025 before March 31, 2026.
