Fyle Audio announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai Yidian Automotive Electronic System Co., Ltd., transferred a 20% stake in the affiliated company Shanghai Rijing Instruments Co., Ltd. through an open listing on the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange, with a transaction price of 104 million RMB. On January 8, 2026, the Shanghai Market Supervision Administration issued a “Registration Notice,” confirming that Shanghai Rijing has completed the relevant business registration changes for the equity transfer, and Automotive Electronics no longer holds any shares in Shanghai Rijing. As of this point, all procedures for this transaction have been completed.
