Among them, Beijing Aolande Information Technology Co., Ltd. was fined 5,000 yuan for confusing the DeepSeek trademark; Shanghai Shengyun Network Technology Co., Ltd. was fined 62,692.7 yuan for misleading consumers using the ChatGPT trademark; Shanghai Qiaopin Network Information Technology Co., Ltd. was fined 200,000 yuan for assisting false advertising; Min was fined 360,000 yuan for infringing on trade secrets; Hangzhou Boxheng Media Culture Co., Ltd. was fined 30,000 yuan for confusing the DeepSeek trademark.
