According to CCTV News, the State Administration for Market Regulation recently announced five cases of unfair competition involving artificial intelligence, aiming to guide companies to operate legally and ensure the healthy development of the AI industry. Among them, Beijing Aolande Information Technology Co., Ltd. was fined 5,000 yuan for confusing the DeepSeek trademark; Shanghai Shengyun Network Technology Co., Ltd. was fined 62,692.7 yuan for misleading consumers using the ChatGPT trademark; Shanghai Qiaopin Network Information Technology Co., Ltd. was fined 200,000 yuan for assisting false advertising; Min was fined 360,000 yuan for infringing on trade secrets; Hangzhou Boxheng Media Culture Co., Ltd. was fined 30,000 yuan for confusing the DeepSeek trademark. These cases demonstrate the strong crackdown by market regulators on illegal competitive behaviors and their firm commitment to fair competition.
