The Hebei Meteorological Disaster Prevention Command Department has announced that after consultation and assessment, Hebei will activate a Level IV emergency response for major weather disasters (blizzard) starting at 10:00 AM on March 1, and will fully deploy prevention and response measures. At 7:19 AM on March 1, the Hebei Meteorological Observatory officially issued a blue alert for snowstorm, forecasting that from daytime to nighttime on the 1st, heavy snow to blizzard conditions will occur in southern Shijiazhuang, southern Cangzhou, Hengshui, Xingtai, Handan, and other areas.
