There is a relative's child at home who is attending a summer tutoring class, and I was stunned when I saw it. What kind of tutoring class is this?

After inquiring, I finally understood.
It turns out that some children can't even flip through a book properly. For example, if asked to turn to page 35, a normal person would directly flip to approximately that position, then turn back or forward a few pages to find it.
But some children start flipping page by page from the beginning, until they reach page 35.
Some children even ask what page they are on after the teacher says everyone should turn to page 35.
They need to hear each instruction and each piece of information repeated many times before they understand.
No wonder people say that the quality of children nowadays is low—it's just that modern prenatal care technology is too advanced.
