Why does crypto AI present structural opportunities?

Based on the choices of Anthropic and its difficult situation of being cornered at the forefront, decentralized AI not only has a survival hypothesis but also a structural opportunity. In other words, its space for survival is inherent to the interactions of various human forces.

First of all, Anthropic's situation is inevitable because it faces the central contradiction of the AI frontier:

Desire to stay ahead → Requires large amounts of closed computing power + data + control (Anthropic/OpenAI model)
But this centralization → Will inevitably attract attacks from various parties: regulation, litigation, coercion, model distillation/replication
Result: Explosive short-term profits (API revenue explosion), but long-term trust collapse, regulatory strangulation, being overtaken by open-source/low-cost code
Once the centralized frontier technology in AI is cornered (for example, forced, compelled to divest, or models are distilled at scale), the open-source + local execution model becomes naturally a viable option. Users will shift to: privacy, local inference, no single point of censorship, impossible to ban with a click.
