Qualcomm launches the new Snapdragon Wear Platform Supreme Edition, empowering the rise of personal AI
March 2, 2026, Barcelona — Qualcomm Technologies today announced the launch of the Snapdragon Wear Platform Ultimate Edition, a personal AI platform designed to unlock the next generation of truly personalized, always-on smart wearable devices. Personal AI endpoints will become a key layer of intelligent networks in the AI era. The Snapdragon Wear Platform Ultimate Edition is the world’s first personal AI wearable platform that can run across WearOS by Google, Android, and Linux systems, integrating an NPU for on-device AI processing and an advanced ultra-low power connectivity suite.

The Snapdragon Wear Platform Ultimate Edition provides critical on-device capabilities to support rich, real-time intelligent experiences. By integrating Qualcomm’s Hexagon NPU, it supports models with up to a billion parameters at the edge, combined with advanced sensor fusion, high-performance low-power connectivity, and computing. It enables a new class of personal AI experiences, including context-aware recommendations, natural voice interactions, life logging, and AI agents that can perform actions and coordinate tasks on behalf of users.
Unmatched Speed and Power Efficiency for Longer-lasting Experiences
The Snapdragon Wear Platform Ultimate Edition achieves significant improvements in power efficiency while delivering unmatched speed and smoothness. Its single-core CPU performance is five times higher, and GPU performance is seven times higher, providing strong support for app launches, multitasking, and smoother rendering.
Additionally, the platform supports multi-day battery life, reducing charging frequency; advanced power management extends daily usage by 30% compared to the previous generation. When charging is needed, fast charging can bring the device to 50% in about 10 minutes.
The new Snapdragon Wear Platform Ultimate Edition introduces a pioneering multi-mode connectivity architecture, integrating six advanced technologies: 5G RedCap, ultra-low power Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 6.0, UWB, GNSS, and NB NTN.
