There are no more low-priced bonds. Is it because it's currently a bull market?

Convertible bonds are all above 110, and I can’t find low-priced bonds to buy with confidence. Is it because we’re in a bull market?
Buying convertible bonds above their maturity price is like stock trading? Many people say that playing with convertibles doesn’t require technical analysis. If you buy bonds above 110, how can you ensure you won’t lose money? How do you determine the right price to take profits and avoid rollercoaster rides?
