Wu Shuo has learned that the Malaysia Securities Exchange (Bursa Malaysia) released Consultation Paper No. 1 of 2026, proposing to amend the Main Board Listing Rules and related guidelines to allow Digital Currency ETFs (Digital Currency Exchange-Traded Funds) to be listed and traded on the exchange. The public consultation period will continue until April 10. The proposed amendments include adjusting Main Board listing requirements and exchange guidelines to provide a regulatory framework for the listing and trading of digital currency ETFs.
