People’s Financial News, March 16 — The Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the “Guangdong Province Support for Artificial Intelligence OPC Innovation Development Action Plan (2026–2028),” vigorously supporting the growth and expansion of artificial intelligence OPC enterprises, promoting mutual advancement between investment in things and investment in people. The plan aims to create an ecosystem that supports the innovative development of artificial intelligence OPC from various aspects such as industry cultivation, ecological services, talent support, and resource guarantees. By 2026, the plan aims to cultivate 10 leading artificial intelligence OPC ecological communities and develop a number of high-quality enterprises with annual revenue exceeding ten million yuan. By 2028, it plans to establish 100 artificial intelligence OPC ecological communities, cultivate 1,000 benchmark artificial intelligence OPC enterprises, and gather 10,000 artificial intelligence OPC innovation and entrepreneurship talents, making Guangdong a leading hub for artificial intelligence OPC development nationwide.
