Haili Wind Power Signs a 1.085 Billion Yuan Sales Contract, Plans to Sell Wind Turbine Foundations, Conductor Frames, and Other Assets

On March 17, Haili Wind Power (301155.SZ) announced that the company recently signed a sales contract with a client, intending to sell wind turbine foundation pipe racks and auxiliary components, as well as provide related supporting services. The total contract amount (including tax) is 1.085 billion yuan.

Haili Wind Power stated that as of the disclosure date, the company has signed multiple sales contracts with the same client over the past twelve months for a deep-sea project in China. The total amount of these contracts (including tax) has reached 1.692 billion yuan (including this signing). The main performance obligations of these contracts include providing steel pipe pile processing and manufacturing for wind turbines, constructing the lower foundation (including pile foundation) for offshore converter stations, and building wind turbine foundation pipe racks and auxiliary components.

Public information shows that Haili Wind Power is a high-tech enterprise focused on the research, production, and sales of wind power equipment components. Its main products include onshore and offshore wind turbine towers, pile foundations, and pipe racks. According to the company’s previous earnings forecast, benefiting from the overall recovery of the offshore wind power industry, Haili Wind Power expects to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of 327 million to 400 million yuan in 2025, representing a year-over-year increase of approximately 394.76% to 504.71%.
