Following Wall Jin Technology (06082) and TianShu ZhiXin (09903), another Chinese GPU manufacturer plans to list in Hong Kong. According to foreign reports, Qualcomm (US: QCOM) holds a stake in登臨科技, which is planning an IPO in Hong Kong as early as this year, raising approximately $300 million to $400 million USD (about HKD 2.34 billion to HKD 3.12 billion).

Product Compatibility with CUDA Ecosystem

登臨科技 was established in 2017, independently developing GPGPU. Its main products are the Goldwasser™ and KS series, used in smart industry, edge computing, and large model deployment. The products are compatible with NVIDIA (US: NVDA) CUDA/OpenCL ecosystems, effectively reducing customer migration costs.

The KS series is登臨’s latest product line, successfully adapted for large models like MiniMax M2.5 and DeepSeek. The KS series can be applied not only in enterprise data centers but also in edge inference scenarios, featuring integrated cloud training and inference, high efficiency, and low power consumption.

Five Global R&D Centers

According to登臨’s official website, team members have over 10 years of experience in GPU research and commercialization. The company currently holds more than 200 intellectual property rights, including 94 Chinese invention patents, with five R&D centers worldwide.

Public information shows that登臨’s shareholders include China Internet Investment Fund initiated by the Cyberspace Administration and the Ministry of Finance, Qualcomm Ventures, Dongwei Semiconductor (Shanghai: 688261), Guangyuan Capital, Particle Future, and Silicon Harbor Capital.
