Leading decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) governance platform Tally announced its closure after six years of operation. The platform supported protocols including Arbitrum and Uniswap. Chief Executive Officer Dennison Bertram pointed out that regulatory policy shifts under the Trump administration have eased pressure for decentralization, while the anticipated emergence of "infinite garden"-style new protocol governance tools failed to materialize. He also cited industry consolidation and talent migration to the artificial intelligence sector.
