Focusing on industries such as data, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, it aims to collaboratively build innovative leading digital industry clusters in the Yangtze River Delta, creating several regional pillar and characteristic digital industry clusters. It supports Pudong New Area to focus on pioneering data infrastructure, Xuhui District to focus on blockchain and AI technology collaboration, Yangpu District to focus on platform enterprises’ data application empowerment, and Putuo District to focus on the linkage of data industries along the Shanghai-Nanjing corridor, implementing the pilot construction tasks of national data industry clusters.
