Software company ServiceNow’s investment team shrinks with Kirk departure

Philip Kirk, Senior Vice-President of corporate and business development at ServiceNow, has left the company after nearly six years, marking a further reduction in ServiceNow’s investment team. His departure follows that of Vishal Kumar Gupta, VP of corporate development and ventures, less than six months ago. ServiceNow Ventures, launched in 2015, plans to increase its CVC budget from $300m to $1bn and has recently participated in significant funding rounds for AI technology companies.
