Sysco Corporation $SYY Shares Acquired by Cwm LLC
Cwm LLC significantly increased its stake in Sysco Corporation (NYSE:SYY) by 69.4% in the fourth quarter, acquiring an additional 34,305 shares, bringing its total holdings to 83,727 shares valued at approximately $6.17 million. Sysco also announced an increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.55 per share, resulting in a $2.20 annual payout and a yield of around 2.9%. The company reported Q4 EPS of $0.99, slightly beating estimates, and projected FY2026 EPS at $4.60.
