China State Construction Engineering Corporation and North China Electric Power University Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
On April 2nd, Ni Zhen, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Energy Construction, held talks in Beijing with Wang Qinghua, Party Secretary of North China Electric Power University, and Bi Tianzhu, President and Deputy Party Secretary of the university.
